The company will operate under the GAM Tech name. The existing GAM Tech structure will remain in place, with Cyber Tech 360's customers seamlessly transitioning to GAM Tech.

Adrian Ghira will continue as CEO of GAM Tech, maintaining the vision and leadership that has driven our success. Darrell Christensen, the CEO of Cyber Tech 360, will transition into the role of Account Manager at GAM Tech. This ensures continuity and stability, so Cyber Tech 360's clients can be confident in receiving the same high-quality service.
